    • Acting for clients in sales/purchases of residential, commercial and agricultural properties across Victoria

    • Preparing legal and compliance documents including drafting Contract of Sale, Section 32 Vendor Statements, Deed of Nomination etc.

    • Acting for a private developer in $10 million ‘off-the-plan’ development

    • Advising on various aspects of the development such as Section 173 agreements, establishing Owners Corporation Rules and organising settlement

    • Successfully lodging appeal/application for complex FIRB (Foreign Investment Review Board) transactions

    • Coordinating multiple stakeholders in property development scheme to ensure compliance with foreign investment legislation

    • Advising on FIRB rules, obligations and updates to legislation
