His courtroom experience spans across the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Court of Victoria, County Court of Victoria, Magistrates’ Court of Victoria, and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).

Broad practice in federal law matters including in: maritime law, intellectual property and copyright disputes, appeals to Immigration Department decisions, etc. At the same time, he frequently represents clients to assist in their negotiations with various governmental agencies and organisations.

    • Dispute relating to sale and purchase of real properties & Application for removal of caveat under section 90(3) of the Transfer of Land Act 1958 (Vic)

    • Shareholders dispute in relation to oppressive conduct under section 232 of the Corporations Act 2001 concerning large-scale property development and multinational investment scheme

    • Fraudulent conduct in commercial & financial transactions including in relation to Division 2 of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001
